Mark Whitlock, P.E. | President
Mark D. Whitlock is active in his local FM church, Gateway Conference and the FMC-USA chairing and serving on numerous committees and Boards. He is also a Greenville College Trustee and Treasurer for Friends of Hope Africa University.
A graduate of Greenville College and the University of Illinois he is a registered Professional Engineer who owns and manages a national specialty heavy construction materials company. He served as Illinois chairman for professional regulation for the Illinois Society of Professional Engineers and as President of his local School Board.
Mark and his wife Karen are active in civic groups and enjoy their first grandchild.
Terry Beasley | Executive Director
Pastor Terry Beasley serves as the Executive Director of Men’s Ministry International. Terry is currently serving as men’s ministry pastor at Chapel of Change in Paramount, CA. He has help build and lead one of the strongest local church men's ministries in the FMC-USA.
Terry has been serving the Lord for 35 years. He has discipled men from all walks of life. He first came to the FMC-USA in 1999 where he served under Dr. Larry Walkemeyer at Light & Life Church, in Long Beach for 10 years. At Light & Life he served as outreach leader, blended family group leader and helped to plant two churches: (Urban Praise) which is Light & Life West and Chapel of Change. At Chapel of Change, he serves under Pastor Brian Warth as Campus Pastor, Kingsmen Pastor and launched Ignite Marriage Ministry. He was also ordained as an FM Elder.
Pastor Terry was born and raised in Los Angeles and has worked in Aerospace for 43 years. He has been married to his wife, Deena, for 23 years with 4 children and 9 grandchildren. His hobbies include restoring classic Cadillacs and mastering his BBQ skills.
He sees MMI helping to ignite a Spirit-fueled movement within the global FMC. He sees MMI uniting with local FM churches to ignite a fresh desire for discipling men to impact the world, locally and globally. He sees MMI as a catalyst to advance Kingdom work for men in local FM Churches and around the world. Pastor Terry has a heart for men to grow spiritually, and to be the husbands and fathers God has called them to be. Matt 28:19, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.”

Jonathan Leech
Pastor Jonny Leech is the lead pastor of Light and Life Church in Thornton, England, and a businessman who owns Garstang Fish and Chips — named among the top 50 fish and chip restaurants in the United Kingdom. He is a former elected councilor who served as the mayor of Garstang. He is a doctoral student at Northeastern Seminary and previously received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Lancaster University and a master’s degree in theology and leadership from the Church of England’s St. Mellitus College. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Hannah, for 11 years, and together they have a 4- year-old daughter and a 1- year-old son. He is passionate about his family, faith, sport and helping others to find freedom in both their spiritual and lives and their finances.
Charles Latchison
Pastor Charles Latchison is the founding and lead pastor of Light & Life West. He and Carolyn, along with about 80 lifers (core team member in for the long haul) and a host of faithful supporters, started the church September 14, 2003 with 9 am & 11am services. Charles received an Associates Degree in Christian Education from Boyce Bible College in Louisville, KY, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian Ministry from Campbellsville University in Campbellsville, KY, Master of Arts degree in Pastoral Studies: Church Development from Haggard School of Theology, Azusa Pacific University and post-graduate studies with the School of Pastoral Nurture: Consultation I, II, III & Telos. Charles has served as pastoral staff in churches in Louisville, Houston and Long Beach. Charles and Carolyn married in August of 2000.
Bryan Sallee
Pastor Bryan Sallee has the honor of being married to his best friend, Karen for the past 17+ years and a dad to three wonderful children. Bryan has been serving at Skyline since 2014 and has come to love and cherish ministry and life in Alaska. In his spare time you can find him at a local coffee shop, reading, journaling, or planning the next family adventure.
Something unique about Pastor Bryan is that he has lived in eight states, visited forty-seven states, in the union, and traveled to 10 countries…and counting.
But through it all, he says home is best experienced here in the Big AK!
